On Sunday, September 17 from 12 noon to 4 pm, Penn Avenue in Richfield from 62nd to 76th Streets will be filled with walkers, bicyclists, music, food, arts, crafts and more. Open Streets at Penn Fest is your chance to promote your business, non-profit cause, or mission to thousands of people. Historically, the event draws 5,000 to 7,000 visitors
