Administrative Assistant (part time)
Fraser is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provided part time coverage supports to our Corporate Front Office and HR teams. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys a flexible schedule, loves helping both internal and external customers, and someone who can fully support the Fraser mission; to make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of children, adults and families with special needs.
This Administrative Assistant position provides administrative support on clerical projects such as data entry, filing, copying documents, faxing, mail distribution, scheduling meeting spaces, and supply ordering. This position also provides warm and welcoming customer service via phone answering Fraser’s general phone line as well as in person for walk-in customers. It is a fill in/coverage role that will need some flexibility to cover for other Administrative Assistants at Fraser's Corporate Front Office as well as have standard weekly duties.

This position will office at Fraser Corporate Offices, 2400 West 64th Street, Richfield, MN 55423.
This position is scheduled to work Monday- Friday, approximately 4 hours per week between the times of 8:00am-5:00pm. Scheduled weekly hours will be flexible depending on coverage needs.
Pay: The Administrative Assistant position has an hourly wage ranging from 12.50-13.50 (DOQ)
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year administrative experience in an office environment required.
Demonstrated computer proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, minimum of one year experience required.
- Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record preferred.
- Ability to achieve and maintain status of “may provide direct contact for this agency” upon completed of criminal background studies.
Excellent telephone courtesy and customer service skills required, with demonstrated ability to relate well with the general public and to assist and resolve customer problems or concerns.
Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication with both internal and external contacts required.
Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate percentages required.
Ability to recognize problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
